Leins Auto Repair

hello, i have a car that belonged to them, it is a 1997 mk3 jetta, the property title says that it belonged to leins repair in massachusetts, by the way i live and am from mexico and i have the car here

I called yesterday to try to find a way to bring my car to their garage. Next day, Luis and Dina came to my house and picked it up!
Just great, honest and nice people!
I restored my car myself and it's the only garage I trust.

I have a 25 year old SAAB. I have taken my my car into Leins for service many times. I am very happy. They have kept my car running and safe to drive. My repair costs have been very low. I should disclose that I am a different kind of consumer. I appreciate knowledge and skill and hard work and lots of experience. First and foremost, I want someone, I can trust with my life, to do the work. I can agree with the poster before me, that my bill has been different than my estimate. I remember a $17.00 difference, on a $700 bill. When I got that estimate, I was surprised and happy. It could have easily been 3,4 or 5 times that amount. They said it was something came up after the estimate was done. I believed them. One of the places I use to take my car was the good times garage in Cambridge. The did good work, but where more expensive. They fixed my radiator, it broke after 2 years, Leins fixed it and its been working for another 2 years. Having an older car (in my case,very old) requires maintenance thats not always predictable. But when I look at the cost of replacing a car and the eventual dealership maintenance charges, I call Leins and say, when is a good time for me to bring my car in for service.

I cannot imagine who wrote that negative review. It must have been a competitor. I have been bringing my cars to Leins Auto for decades. They are completely competent and efficient. They are charming, that part is true but they are simply THE BEST when it comes to fixing cars. I recommend them with great enthusiasm.
