(May 5, 2023, 1:52 pm)I called for an urgent appointment and within a few hours my vitals were being taken by Crystal, who was hospitable and listened fully to my concerns. I saw Melissa (CRNP) again and she is consistently efficient with the way she prioritizes my bag of issues - but not rude, honest about outcomes, and always very receptive with helpful recommendations. I feel the staff is intelligent and I feel valued as a patient here. Also, the front desk girl is very organized and communicates well (calls back with answers).
(October 27, 2022, 10:30 am)Dr. Shah takes the time to explain the treatment program for my skin cancer. She listens very well and answers any questions I have. I never feel rushed during an appointment.
