They are consistent. You always know what you will get. Sandwiches are freas and tasty.

I came to Meaningful Release for Hypnosis. I was hoping to find a sense of self peace in light of my younger brother's tragic and untimely demise. Upon walking in, I felt how light and welcoming the energy was. I immediately felt relaxed. Kathy, was very attentive and understanding of my needs and also my pain. She discussed what the hypnosis will entail and made sure I fully understood . I will not go into detail regarding our session because it's a private moment. However, I will say that I left feeling like the sharpness of the pain had been dulled. I cannot wait to return for another session and to explore some of the other services that she provides.
