I have several policies-personal and business that run through Erie and often have "irritating" request and she always obliges. Extremely courteous and has a great sense of humor. Works hard. Definitely a huge asset to her organization.

(I haven't tested their responsiveness yet to a claim under my life insurance policy.) I highly recommend the CNR team to anyone looking for car or house insurance.

My family has been a customer for over 10 years and Heather Bocci has been our agent providing us with outstanding service the entire time! We have multiple policies with them and have referred family and friends to them. We wouldn't consider going anywhere else.
