She went over pricing & gave me a lot of well needed information about her property & she was very sweet. What a great & knowledgeable manager!

Outstanding customer service, and attention to detail. She anticipated my questions and concerns and answered, all of my questions. It is rare that you find the quality and attention to detail in today’s society. It was refreshing. I recommend this storage place solely on Shantell’s ridiculously outstanding service.
