They do very good work and are punctual. They fully repaired my roof deck and built a floating deck on top of it. The price is very competitive and they do quality work. Highly recommend!

We have used Calderon Contractors about 3 times now to fix leaky parts of our roof, as well as to replace a skylight. They have pointed out where the contractor hired by the home’s previous owner took shortcuts, and have been great about fixing those problems. They are punctual, efficient, and make sure to clean up after their work. One time, when they accidentally caused some minor drywall damage while doing roof repairs, they came back to fix it free of charge. I would be happy to use their services again in the future.

Elmer and his team did an incredible job on our roof and had the best price by far out of 5+ roofers. They never made me feel pressured to sign right away like some contractors, which was a huge plus! He and his team were so efficient, very communicative and cleaned up well.
