DO NOT USE MADONNA AUTO! I wanted to like this shop b/c my father brought his truck to them for years. I brought my car in for a clutch replacement, strut tower repair and an oil change. After getting the car back and paying $2500, I drove home and the car shut off. Turned it back on and it did the same thing. I called Madonna Auto and the daughter that answers the phone got defensive, said it wasn't there fault and "I don't know what to yell ya" before hanging up on me. Then I called back and spoke with Brian the father/mechanic who was also defensive and said, "That's not from anything we did" and to bring it back to look at sometime next week but it would be an additional charge. Then he hung up on me when I started to ask if it could be related to the clutch he installed or the battery he removed. When I called back again, Brian's wife answered and started yelling at me, saying that I'm harassing them by asking for a little customer service. I would probably avoid these shady people. They are unprofessional and only care about money, not service.
Amazing service, much better than any popular auto repair shop. And instead of just telling me the problem they showed me as well. Plus they don't charge huge amounts of money.
Great place to have your vehicles service. I've known the owner for 20+ years and he is always very fair and mechanics know their cars and what they were doing. Keep up the good work.
