Took my FJ Cruiser for a dying alternator. They took care of it and other issues I needed done. They were polite, honest, forthright and priced well. I contemplated posting this, because Doug's Automotive Services feels like one of those hidden gems of Frederick!

10/10 can't recommend enough.

I always recommend Doug’s to my family and friends. He is trustworthy and great at what he does. Office Manager Julia was very helpful and explained to me what needed to be taken care of immediately and what could wait so I could stay in my budget. Shop owner Doug is a great guy to talk to as well, he is extremely knowledgeable. I personally loved the scenic drive to the shop, and the adorable shop dogs. I don’t go anywhere else but Doug’s. If you’re considering other shops, don’t, go to Doug’s. By experience they are the best around and I love supporting small businesses.

I contacted Doug in order to get an oil change and tire rotation for my Mazda. I was back in my car and on my way within the hour and his services were very affordable. I'll definitely be visiting again.

I purchased tires and some customizations for my Jeep Wrangler. Doug has been working on my vehicles for years. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Now that he has his own shop, I can work directly with him to create my vision. Absolutely the best mechanic and he's very honest. He can work on regular repairs or custom features. He's very particular so your finished product will likely exceed your expectations!
