Thinking of taking the carry class? Do it here! I love how they keep classes small. That helped me stay focused (which is normally tough for me to do). Greg is very knowledgeable, and takes his time to discuss and review things.
The staff is friendly and open to not only obtaining customers, but also encourages people to stop by and talk or ask any questions they may have. I highly recommend stopping by!

If you are thinking of buying a gun or taking the Maryland carry permit class, this is the place to go! They are very knowledgeable and will work with you to make sure you are comfortable with your purchase. The Maryland carry class was a great experience. Greg our instructor was the best and very thorough with everything he taught in class. He will work with you, explaining everything and making sure you understand and if not he will take all the time to help you understand and is very patient with everyone. Brian our range instructor was on point, safe and great at helping you feel comfortable with handling the firearm. I wish I could give them more than a 5 star rating because the experience was that good! I can't forget to mention Glenn and Danny for all of their info and knowledge in the class!

Great local shop. My wife, mother-in- law (who were full of nerves) and myself took their w&c permit class. Greg and the other gentleman (sorry name escapes me) provide a lot of real world knowledge. They had my wife and mother-in-law feeling at ease from the start. They keep the classes small as to ensure everyone gets something out of the class. Our class had 7 students.
I will be reaching out to them for all my firearm needs.

One of the best gun shops around! My first time in MKP was a drop in when they were new to check it out. My next was my first purchase. And then another. I have also received excellent training from the staff, and the crew has a wealth of firearm/ firearm law knowledge. I plan on keeping my business here for a long time to come.

Matt and the rest of the crew here are great. I’m probably quite a bit less knowledgeable about firearms & hunting than the average customer, but they were more than willing to talk through my purchase with me and fill in some of the gaps in my knowledge without being condescending. For some reason it’s pretty common for staff at gun stores to try and make you feel stupid for not knowing as much about guns as they do, but that’s not the case here. The quality of products also seems to be on the higher end, but the prices are pretty typical from what I’ve seen.
