At first it didn't start well, no walk in slots for hours, 5 patients before me even after I arrived later on that day with an appointment, the nurse practitioner had a health emergency of her own and had to leave- leaving us with no practitioner until another arrived, but once I started to have a mental health meltdown and got up to leave the facility with no breathing treatment and wasted hours- someone came into my room got me a virtual doctor online, breathing treatment, prescriptions, a new breathing machine and I am forever grateful 🙏. I complained and they listened. I am still recovering but I am getting better. Thank you MedStar. If I can get the great service before the mental moment, then I can give 5 stars 🌟

I’ve had 2 experiences lately with this location. The first I had to wait a bit but knew I would and they were super nice and accommodating! Second visit was faster and everyone was nice. The only downside to that visit was they didn’t have a shoe to fit my foot:/ for a fractured toe. I have to order one or wait for the specialist to see me now.
