Very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful employees at this store. Unlike franchise stores I have visited, this corporate store is always well stocked with accessories and the most current phone specials.

Fantastic experience, five stars. Store was clean and the staff member who assisted me with my purchase of a new android device was friendly and personable (I don't know if I should mention her by name in here but happy to say so if the owner replies); please give this woman a raise or promotion, she is a bright and lovely face of the store, really works efficiently and doesn't try to sneak charges into your receipt (but will lightly suggest as most customer service are probably taught to do—not a huge deal for me.)

This is the best MetroPCS team that I have worked with they know all the sales they know everything about the phones depending on what you're using your phone for they can tell you everything you need to know about it. This is what I call Great customer service
