They arrived on time, moved heavy items efficiently and quickly, and didn't need a break from carrying heavy items (ex: bed). They are family/kid friendly, had a lot of patience for the kids and their toys on the floor and they were willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. We hired them for the 2 hour minimum, but they were so amazing that it only took them one hour to get the job done.
Then we tipped them for helping us with a job that we could never to do ourselves.
