Shaun is an honest, reliable, and skilled mechanic. Though he specializes in Audi and WV vehicles, he does an outstanding job servicing my 2011 3 series BMW. I stopped going to the dealer for all my maintenance and repairs once I was referred to him. Completely recommend his shop without any reservations.

A friend referred me to Shaun, and he certainly did not disappoint. I dropped my VW Jetta off for new brakes and rotors. Shaun ended up finding two wheel lug bolts that were cross-threaded in the left rear wheel hub/wheel bearing unit. The wheel lug bolts and wheel hub/wheel bearing were damaged and needed to be replaced (thanks Jiffy Lube). Shaun wrote up a separate estimate for Jiffy Lube, and did everything he could to make the bad news feel much better. I have never experienced better customer service from an auto mechanic. Shaun did a great job and gave us a good price. I typically do all my own work but a complete A/C replacement requires a professional and that's Shaun! Very accommodating too. He worked with us to drop off our car and pick it back up a day earlier than we had planned. Thanks Shaun!
