  An awesome place to train! Very clean and welcoming gym. It feels like my home away from home. Professor Rick and Lee are world class instructors, who are guiding me step by step to reach my goals. I’ve trained at Form for about two years and never looked back. I highly recommend for both beginners and experienced Jiu-Jitsu practitioners.

  I’ve been traveling 2+ years to this gym with a 5hr round trip for my son to train BJJ. I’ve been to many BJJ gyms around the country and this place is home for us. The instruction and training partners are 5 stars all around. Prof Rick and Prof Lee have a proven curriculum that creates champions. No need to travel to California or NY when the best is right here in Baltimore.

  Clean, friendly, welcoming environment. Professor Rick is a world class instructor and has the ability to teach in a way that all skill levels will understand. The other students make everyone feel welcome and part of the family from the moment you walk in.
