Just all around such a wonderful experience, not only have I seen fantastic results, I feel cared about as a person struggling with unwanted hair the whole time. Highly recommend.

I just left my consultation and decided to leave a review because this was a great appointment/consultation. Brian is such a vibe, he is very knowledgeable , makes you feel comfortable, very professional and very fashion forward might I add. He didn't rush my appointment which I loved he explained everything and even gave me the option to go home and think on if I wanted to book my appointment (I was ready to book immediately so I didn't need no time to think on it lol ) he gave me take home tips to help with my skin so ima start with that leading up to my appointment . I've been to dermatologist who didn't give me the gems to skin routines for AA skin like he did in less than 30 min. I look forward to my first appointment and will update.

I met with Brian for a consultation. He is kind, professional, charismatic, and punctual. I appreciated his explanation of how electrolysis works and what I could expect it to feel like. He made me feel better about my condition and just basically helped me feel like less of a freak. You'll be in good hands here.

Mary creates the most comfortable and safe environment one could possibly ask for and is just a joy to speak to. She turns a potentially overwhelming experience into one I genuinely look forward to next sessions of. She makes sure everything is understood and will not move forward if there is any hesitancy or discomfort. I really couldn't ask for a better person to start my transition with.

Brian has a very steady and accurate hand - very important, especially in sensitive, private areas. Also very good at educating the client, which is important to me. Very professional. Highly recommend - I travel three hours for his services and will be returning.
