Awesome place and great location, specially next door Harris Teeter. Great apartment, security, business center and cleanliness. I have been in this apartment for almost 3 years now and wish to continue to stay here forever.

I absolutely love living at Porter St.! Apartment living has its pros and cons. Just like any complex the walls may not be the thickest but the staff, amenities, and location cant be beat. Push through to get your tour and lease, because it is completely worth it! Nina, the new manager is always THE most helpful and communicative!!
