    I’m thankful for Chapman PT!

I was referred after experiencing months of sleepless nights caused by severe neck pain.

Ali was super responsive to my request for appointment. She promptly verified my insurance and offered flexible time slots so I could get in right away.

Dr. Chapman is terrific. Extremely knowledgeable, attentive and listens to your pain points to create a program designed just for you.

His manual treatment provided me with much needed relief from constant pain. He taught me exercises to stop my pain in its tracks. We even workshopped different sleeping positions to find the one that would allow me to finally sleep through the night again.

After two months of weekly visits, I am happy to report I’m now living pain-free and feeling stronger than ever. I am confident Dr. Chapman not only fixed my existing neck problems, but gave me the tools to get ahead of potential issues in the future.

I also had the opportunity to work with Dr. Jacob. She is excellent and effective in relieving you from any ailment you are experiencing. My session with her was top notch.

I highly recommend Chapman PT to all! Book your appointment and feel your best again!

Dan Chapman and his colleague Selena are wonderful therapists. I had been going to PTs and chiropractors for decades. It was like a routine part of my life. But they would never get to the core problems with my hip and shoulder. Then I managed to find Dan and Selena. They promised me that following their exercises coupled with office visits, I would be able to manage my own physical health after six weeks of therapy. I am 73 and was dubious. Well, after about eight weeks, I stopped needing to go for weekly visits. I exercising regularly and am feeling better than I have felt for many years. I d not feel pangs when getting up from a chair. I am walking pain free. It's like I am 20 years younger. I highly recommend Chapman PT. They are excellent practitioners and great people. Ed

I’ve been to numerous physical therapists over the years - Dan is by far one of the best! I have been having ongoing shoulder pain and had plateaued in terms of recovery. After consulting with Dan, I was given a whole new set of exercises that have been so helpful to get me back to rock climbing. My shoulder is almost completely pain free! Dan is attentive, a great listener, and knows what he’s doing. I will (and have) recommended him widely to my friends.

Dan is simply the best. He gives you a whole hour of his expert time. He is excellent at diagnosing what is going on, providing relief, and then teaching you how to strengthen whatever needs strengthening without pain. He has taught me so much, and I am incredibly grateful. In six weeks with Dan, I went from quite a lot of pain in my knees, hips, low back and shoulders to either no pain, or feeling confident that I can do what I need to do to get rid of it. He also helped me go from a knee flexion of 114 degrees (6 months post total knee replacement) to 130 degrees--night and day when it comes to riding my bike, going up and down stairs, climbing hills, and all the other physical activities I was determined to get back to. When I started working with him, I was only able to ride my bike a short distance and do water aerobics in a heated pool. Now I am riding around 30 miles a week, doing four classes a week, including Body Pump which is very strenuous, and I've done a couple of long hikes (9 miles). I could not recommend him more highly. And he's a really nice guy, to boot.

I'd certainly recommend Chapman PT to anyone. I was in treatment for about 12 weeks. The care from both Dan and Salena was very personal, diligent and, despite the expected discomforts of healing, enjoyable! My progress was slow but steady. What was most impressive to me was the sense that they CARED about your progress! If I ever need PT again, I know where to go.
