Wegmans Pharmacy

I work for a home-based primary care practice that caters to elderly, chronically ill, homebound patients. Our providers go to their home and provide primary care to them. I needed a medication delivered to a patient who is homebound and has no one there with transportation so I reached out to Wegmans thinking they would be able to help. Unfortunately, they weren't able to but the woman Mary who answered the phone was absolutely AMAZING! She took the time to try and help me find a local pharmacy that could possibly help out my elderly homebound patient. Even looked up the number to several local pharmacies that may be able to help. All things that she had absolutely no obligation to do.. but she did! This is what its all about! This is when you know you have a person working in the right field. Helping others without any benefit to themselves! Mary, your amazing! Keep helping patients the way you do! Awesome job! Wegmans- Give her a raise! ;-)

Staff patient and professional. The register wasn’t accepting my discount card. I called support and the pharmacy tech spoke with the them to resolve the issue. My discount was applied and I was on my way. I plan to switol my prescriptions to Wegmans!
