We've been with these folks about four months now, and they've really wowed me. They've been very nice and helpful every time we've spoken to them. When we've had maintenance issues (Garbage Disposal) they wrote back within an hour or two with some easy troubleshooting tips which resolved the issue that night before they even had to come out. Give them a rent, I think they're worth it. *** Followup, we couldn't get our heat turned on, and they immediately scheduled us with a service, who rocked and fixed it easy peasy. That's 2/2 great experiences with maintenance stuff!

The office is always very communicative with us and has lots of availability when it comes to any maintenance issue we might have. All of the technicians who have come to serve our rental have been courteous, efficient, respectful, and knowledgeable. We enjoy the new online maintenance request software as well. Thank you APS for making renting a home easier!
