We purchased the Caldera Spas Seychelles from William. He provided expert customer service: detail-orientated, professional, knowledgeable, and transparent. He even went the extra mile to walk me through the chemistry control for the Salt Water System. Not only was William able to get me an awesome deal, but was able to get it delivered within two weeks of us placing the order.

We went into the store not expecting to buy anything until we saw the MOAB - the Mother of All (um)Brellas. Worked with Jake to purchase a 13-ft cantilever with rolling base that was on backorder until end of August/early September. Delivery crew showed up on time, with courteous and friendly attitudes, and put our cantilever together. They even gave us a full block of instruction on use with helpful tips. They were in and out in 20 minutes and, despite the heat, smiled the entire time. Refreshing customer service experience!

Super experience at Offenbachers, which offers great quality products at reasonable prices. Jay LaMalchaux was very thorough in explaining various patio furniture options to us. He also took the time to answer all of our questions completely. We felt so at ease talking with Jay, and were very happy to purchase our patio dining set from him in our first visit to this store. Also, the Annapolis showroom is beautiful and very well stocked. It really helps to be able to "test drive" the actual furniture that you are buying. Thank you, Jay, for all your help!
