(July 16, 2020, 10:33 am)I recently had my AC on my Jeep Renegade serviced by them. There were some communication issues on the customer service end, but the actual repair techs did their best to complete the work in a reasonable time frame, and my AC works like factory. Communication between the shop and customer service regarding repair status could be improved, though.
