Very quiet and everyone minds they own business.Lot rent isn't to bad, starting prices I believe around 250 ~ 300. If you looking to buy a mobile home trailer Freedom Homes works with the Country Creek trailer park so if you need a spot to place a trailer due to lack of land I highly recommend here. Located in downtown Hammond everything is within 5 ~10 minute span.
(October 28, 2023, 8:50 pm)Been living here a little over 2 months love the place. The neighbors I have met are nice and friendly. Landlord is great with solving the incredibly minor issue I had. Which was the community dumpster was overflowing.
Edit: 2 years and things are great here.
