Family Drug Mart - Slidell, LA (East Gause)

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!

This is absoutely the best pharmacy you can go to. They treat you like family everytime you either drop something off or have a pickup. They bring customer service to a new level. They know your name and are compassionate at all times. You're not just another number like the big chain pharmacies.

I am a small business owner in Slidell and I understand the importance of customer service. Two days after Hurricane Ida, when no other major pharmacy and a couple of local owned pharmacies would not take the time to help me fill a much needed prescription, Family Drug Mart did. Thank you Jessica for going above and beyond for me. I highly recommend this pharmacy!!

Excellent customer service!! I transferred my disabled daughter's prescriptions from Walgreens after they consistently gave me the run-around and offered up "a computer glitch that cannot be fixed" when it came to combining our regular insurance with her NOW Waiver (Disability Insurance). I honestly think they didn't "make any money" off of her so I guess that means that it wasn't worth their time!! I switched to Rite Aide where I consistently paid approx. $60 PER PILL on migraine medication for over 2 years. Family Drug Mart in Pearl River had been taking such good care of my parents, I decided to transfer everything to Family Drug Mart on East Gause near our home. They promptly found me a manufactures coupon that cut the cost of my migraine medicine in half and the issue that Walgreen's originally had with my child's medication coverage..... no problems:)

Good people..nice & friendly..fast service too!! If you need a good pharmacy come get your prescriptions from here..
