Amanda was amazing and a great ambassador for your business. The facility is super clean and you can tell the staff take pride in keeping it that way. Overall just a pleasant experience and feel lucky to have found them when looking for a storage solution. Thank you for doing things the right way.

The staff are so friendly. The facility is CLEAN and just amazing! The climate-controlled units have the nice commercial carpet. I felt like my things were in my own house.

Miss Stacie is super sweet and very articulate. She answered all my questions. She showed me the unit I would be using as well as explained in detail all of the paperwork!

What I always look for firstly in a business is the professionalism, integrity and friendliness of the staff. This is exactly what I observed with the Southern self storage staff. Amanda and Stacy are A+ people. This facility is very large. The grounds and units are super clean which is NOT always the case at other storage facilities. Their prices are VERY competitive. The locks they offer are the best and well priced. They have camera surveillance 24/7. I highly recommend Southern self storage. A+

The ladies in the office are super friendly and so helpful. The price for the unit is reasonable. The place is super clean and very well maintained. Highly recommend.

Awesome awesome awesome customer service! Very polite staff, from the first to the last. When we first drove up, we saw a long line at the drive-thru and thought we'd be waiting a long time. Nope! The staff was outside taking orders and it all went smooth and fast. What stood out to me was the way each one of them addressed us:"its my pleasure"

Used the mobile order pickup. They were fast with delivering it curbside once I arrived. Included everything in my order. Food was hot and fresh. Fries were perfectly salted. Can’t wait to return!

This place has, hands down the BEST food!!! Don't be deterred if the line is long. They have a system down and the line goes by super fast. You guy's are Fantastic!!
