I am so happy to have found this place and particularly Ms. Wendy (who runs the Main Office on Hwy 22 near Mandeville). I run a nonprofit and we were real bad off after having been abandoned by someone who was going to help up haul a huge donation shipment to the women’s prison. Ms. Wendy helped us secure the only truck left on the Northshore it seemed (all the others were gone!) and because it was a van, she helped me with the dimensions to ensure our 52 boxes would fit and gave me the number of someone who could help us nearby in case it didn’t. She truly went above and beyond for us. And not even really for us but for the women we serve through our foundation. It was so warm and kind to meet her and we will certainly only be back to Safe-Stor as we have other large shipments of donations coming. It’s just refreshing to encounter kind people.

I have been renting with this company for almost 8 years and would highly recommend to anyone in need of a storage facility in the area. Safe,secure, and clean. Always great communication, extremely kind and helpful people. I’ll never rent from any other facility 😊

Every person here makes you feel like home. Christi and Wendie are fabulous, extremely accommodating and a joy to do business with. Joey is a hardworking, attention to detail southern gentleman. Reasonable rates for climate controlled storage. Easy access (with a trailer or uhaul), and a friendly staff. Best storage place in town 👌
