Felicia was the best. She made us feel at home before we even moved in. Very friendly and awesome personality. The apartment was very clean which was a big thing for us. We are happy to be a part of chapel creek family.

I am so excited to live here. Ms. Felicia was such a big help. She is very caring and helped me so much. Never once has she made me feel like a burden. Thank you for having her here at Chapel and possibly for years to come!

The past few months have been pleasant! Felicia is to thank for helping me and my family with the move-in process! There is the convenient option of paying rent online or in office. Neighbors are pleasant, grounds are clean, pressure washing was recently completed. The pool is la la la lovely; great exercise and relaxation. The amount of sunlight beaming through multiple windows of my home on a sunny day definitely reduces my need to have excessive lights on during daylight hours. I love the spacious and covered balcony. It is quiet at night and residents feel safe enough to walk the grounds and/or walk their pets at night. Thank you very much Ms.Felicia!!
