Massey's Outfitters Northshore

I live in Dallas, but every time we come back home I stop at Massey's. Great staff, awesome outdoors apparel, and easy kayak rentals.

My podiatrist suggested this store for their knowledge of footwear. Very friendly staff was able to help me select 2 pair of shoes. 1st time in 6 months I have been able to walk my speedy dog without pain or a limp!
Will definitely be my shoe store.

I've always had good experiences at Massey's. We don't have big box outdoor stores around here like REI so it's nice to have a store with similar products although on a much smaller scale. Employees are knowledgeable and friendly. Prices are competitive.

Purchased a Goal Zero Yeti Portable Power Station from Massey's. I found I needed a more robust Yeti, and Val handled the exchange perfectly. You couldn't ask for a nicer person to work with. My wife now loves this place, which should make it easier for me to talk her in to more outdoor equipment! I'd highly recommend this business for a great shopping experience and knowledgable staff.

Excellent customer service. Installed Thule roof rack and cargo carrier without any problem. Very friendly and professional staff. Manager, Val, is amazing and very knowledgeable about products and gear!
