The repair work by Car Craft was exceptional! The customer service was excellent. I was informed daily of the progress and my vehicle was ready right on time, clean and looking great. They worked with Enterprise Rental to have the rental picked up when I got my vehicle. The whole experience was hassle-free and enjoyable.

My Toyota Tundra had significant damage from a minor accident. Car Craft did and awesome job and they were so easy to work with. The truck looks brand new, and they worked directly with my insurance company so I didn’t have to be the middleman and deal with any of that. I would absolutely would use Car Craft again.

Everyone I met at Car Craft was friendly, caring, and very professional. I had an accident the day before I was scheduled to drive home to Arkansas. Car Craft staff went out of their way to check out my car and get me back on the road, even though the majority of the body work on the car was going to be done by a shop in Arkansas. I don’t think they made any profit off of the time they spent helping me, but they could not have been any nicer. Great folks!

First class experience from the beginning to the end. My car was handled with white glove treatment and ended up with an excellent repair by this company. Every employee I dealt with had wonderful skills during this process. I highly recommend and would definitely use this company again.
