My ADT technician, Christian was very knowledgeable and professional and he updated my panel system in a timely manner and answered all questions that were asked by me (customer) to the best of his ability. It was hard for ADT to catch up with me, due to my busy work schedule, but however, ADT were indeed very concerned about the panel update and finally, the ADT technician and I were able to meet to get the work completed.

Jedidiah upgraded my system and he arrived within the scheduled time. He was very professional, proficient and courteous.

Jedidiah explained to me everything that he was going to do for the upgrade. He did the installation in a timely, professional and neat manner.

Upon completion of upgrading my system, Jedidiah explained to me in detail how the new system worked,. He demonstrated how to access the new system and assisted me with using the new system.

Jedidiah is great! And one of the best ADT technician!
