I went to Lowe's to get 5 or 6 copies of our new house key. In our big remodel, we changed every door set to match and key alike. I've always been frustrated by the old, manual process: some knucklehead clerk cutting keys that worked 50% of the time. But the Minute Key kiosk at Lowe's was unoccupied. Glad I gave it a chance! I got some special (3 for 2) so my 6 key order became 9. It took about 60-90 seconds per key. All 9 were perfect. No rejects. And the service creates a digital key should I ever need another key. I used the automated machine at our local Lowe's to have a couple keys made. It worked properly and quickly; the price was right and we were well satisfied with the resulting keys that were made as duplicates for our home.

I have used Minute Key many times and the keys have always worked. Two weeks ago I used Minute Key but the keys would not work properly. I emailed the company, told them what happened and they rectified the situation, issued me a refund. The money was refunded back to my card within the week. Great service, very convenient and they stand behind their product. Am I going to use them again?? Absolutely!
