A bit small and only street parking and a porta potty. Works during Covid times as it wasn't busy. Daughter thought it was fun as there were some unique parts of the playground she hadn't seen at other parks.

The breakfast is very tasty. You'd think that there isn't much to a waffle, cheese grits, scrambled eggs and bacon, but bacon too soft, eggs runny and grits either runny or too lumpy I've had more often than not. This place is on point! Get there early because it gets busy. I recommend it!

Being a new Westbanker, I've been finding great places to eat. I've been driving by a joint and telling myself "I've GOTTA try that place". (4/2021). A friend of mine recommended it also. Today, I stopped.
This is an old school eatery. It's bigger than it looks from the outside. I ordered and sat down. They bring it out to you.
THE FOOD: I ordered the special #3 (one of three for the day). It was a small po-boy of your choice, steak fries and a cup of gumbo.
I chose the Roast beef and ham with cheese, dressed (with mayo, lettuce, tomatoes and pickles). Fries well done, and seafood gumbo (you can also order gumbo).
Looked delicious! I go for fries first.. (my well done request perfectly executed ) golden brown, crispy and best of all...hot and tasty. It don't get much better!
The roast beef, ham, and cheese po-boy was... sooooo good. One of the best I've ever had. Bread, crisp on outside, soft on inside, delicious roast beef with just the right amount of gravy, some good ham,...
It was not soggy, but juicy. The bread did not fall apart, but was sopped in juice.
    Perfect.
The seafood gumbo was very tasty. For a small cup it had a few shrimp and other chunks. GREAT!
    Friendly people.
    Clean.

The food was great and well reasonably priced. I got very quick service even as many folks came in. The added atmosphere and friendliness goes a long way. I’ll return here again if I’m back in the area again.

Best breakfast we have ever had! Thank goodness my husband was here for work and we couldn't go during the week or we really would have over eaten while here because we would have eaten there every morning for 2 weeks it was that good! Excellent service!

Great little park! Could use some spider management on the berry bushes. Is very clean otherwise. The only bathroom is a portable, so be prepared, but it's never been too bad. Could use more regular swings.

Beautiful park with lots of grass and play space. Two large playground areas with good variety, swings, and spring jumper. Pretty white gazebo for picnics, and a memorial BBQ area named for Gene Porter, founder of Dixie's BBQ in Bellevue WA. We'll definitely be back here on the next sunny day. FYI... No bathrooms.

It is a very small park in the Neighbour hood. Very well maintained. Neat and tidy. It is a great time pass for kids in summer. ( you prpbably know the seattle weather )
