I worked for Able Life Care Services Inc. for almost seven years. The agency is dedicated to providing client's with quality care and striving for patient satisfaction. Able Life Care Services is one of the only agencies I have experienced over the years providing services to the elderly and IDD populations that provide back up staffing. Staff are given adequate training on client's needs and support plans.

From the employee perspective, employees are treated as valuable. Staff time requests are always approved. Management allows great flexibility with scheduling to allow employees to attend school, obtain certifications, and balance family responsibilities.

I highly recommend this agency to families looking for a service provider or persons interested in working in the personal care attendant field.

I would like to say that Able Life Care Services is a by the book company and perhaps that's why the reviews are not favorable. I have been employed there for seven years and know first hand of the rules that the state require. I appreciate everyone that have come and worked for this company. We strive to give the best quality care that a client can ask for. If you are looking for employment try them out and never judge a book by it's cover.
