Really great customer service. The guy Louther really takes pride in his job. He was very knowledgeable about the facility and answered all my questions with ease. The facility is clean and secure. There’s no Rando’s walking around either. I’m happy I found this place.

I called several Storage facilities on the Westbank. Each of them were overpriced. Southern Self Storage was the most economical. Which I greatly appreciated! Also, Lucas was extremely professional and polite. He answered all my questions and eliminated any concerns. It was a pleasure conducting business with him! I'd definitely refer Southern Self Storage (Lucas) to friends, family or anyone who need a Storage!

I loved everything about it the young man came straight to me soon as I walked in the building I for got his name lol but I think it was Trouvé’s he light skinned

I needed access to a new unit on a Sunday, when they are closed. They accommodated me by letting me put my lock on after hours, then, once my lock was in place, they removed their lock on Saturday. Sunday, all was accessible. Thanks loads for these folks...they work WITH you!
