OMG.... I so love Mrs. Eugenie!!! She is a manager that runs a few departments in that store & if it weren't for her I don't think I would have visited 2 times in 2 weeks. I haven't been to Dirt cheap since they closed the Baton Rouge store. She made my experience SUPER PLEASANT, didn't mind stopping what she was doing to answer questions, & had overall superior WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!!! 🥰 UNFORTUNATELY I can not say the same for the store manager who never removed her cellphone from her ear the almost hour I was there taking her personal phone call. She was rude as hell & act like each customer was ruining her day. All the other staff members were extremely nice but I didn't get their names. That store manager seems like she should not be in charge or maybe could use more training at her job. Normally I wouldn't be on that side but I had a doctors appointment so I stumbled in there after & found nice stuff especially if you need something for your home.
