(December 9, 2019, 5:04 pm)Love using Penelope's flowers and gifts. Our office hires them for bi-weekly arrangements. It keeps the office bright and welcoming. I personally use them to send flowers to my family and friends. Their customer service is amazing and all their arrangements have been lovely. You can see the care they put into their arrangements.
(May 13, 2018, 2:00 pm)My mom got a mother's day flower from Penelope's. The vase, and the flowers were gorgeous. The quality of flowers were great and color combination was also great! I looked for the name of the delivery company because it was much better than what we usually expect from delivered flowers. I will use them to order my next flower delivery!
