(May 16, 2022, 10:22 am)My husband and I had just returned to Kentucky from Ohio. We were tired and hungry. There were not a lot of people in line but there was an extended wait time. However the young man who waited on us was phenomenal, awesome, exceptional. His customer service was great! He never became impatient or frustrated despite working the Cash register alone. He made the best strawberry shake we have had. He should be the face of customer service for McDonald's! Kudos to him!!!!
