They do their best to be as accommodating of customers' schedules as humanly possible, offer great advice and are very knowledgeable and experienced in a wide array of vehicle topics. If there is something they happen not to know (which is rare in my experience), they let you know up front that it something they will be doing for the first time, and you can tell they learn a lot about it before they tackle the issue. They are very trustworthy and easy to be friends with. My wife and I use them for everything from oil changes and tire rotations to new vehicle inspections and major engine repairs. Best mechanics either one of us have ever had, hands down.

This place was great!!! My mom and i were on our way to South Carolina and our battery light came on. We drove some distance and found an advanced auto parts store. We got redirected to Riley’s and one of the mechanics named Noah fixed our alternator in less than 2 hours. He was great and professional !! We really recommend this shop!!!!
(August 11, 2020, 7:08 pm)5 stars just isn’t enough!!! Jeff Riley & his crew are professional, efficient & just all around great! From squeezing me in because I needed a quick repair to prevent worse damage, to driving me home & picking me back up when my car was finished, these guys really went above & beyond to take care of me! I highly recommend & will definitely be a returning customer!
(July 23, 2020, 4:07 pm)I had an A/C issue with my 2004 Pontiac Vibe. They diagnosed it and recharged with coolant. They only charged me for an A/C checkup. Great service- same day- and very inexpensive. I highly recommend!!
