(February 28, 2022, 9:50 pm)We were very impressed with the care and work done by Richard and the team. We were driving through KY and our radiator cracked. Being a Saturday afternoon, there were only a few places open and none had availability. Called Bottom Auto and they answered right away & said to bring it by. He was so kind and reassuring. They ordered the part and were able to fix it Monday. Richard kept checking in on us and made sure we made it home safely. Highly recommend!

They were very sensitive to my time crunch and calendar for getting my car repaired and back to me. This is my second time in coming to them for help. I am very satisfied. I would return and also recommend them to others.
(April 28, 2021, 6:37 pm)Oh my gosh!! Right from the beginning Scotty was so professional. Just like some one posted in another review, no BS. My husband called other shops around town and they gave us outrageous prices. And wouldn't be able to help us till next month. JUST because they were that busy does not mean they are the best. Scotty and his crew took care of us right away over the phone and in person. So I'm glad that we ddnt go to another shop. God bless all of you at BOTTOMS AUTO. YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST!!! And we took my Honda for a test drive, it drives great. I'm so so happy we chose BOTTOMS AUTO 🚘👍👍😊😊
(August 14, 2020, 7:21 am)I blew a brake line on a work truck. These guys stayed late and got my truck finished at 10 o'clock at night! Who does that? They saved me from having to put off work and getting further behind. They did a great job at a very reasonable price and went above and beyond. I will definitely be using them in the future!
