Hager Rental

I never had any issues renting with Hager. They were very friendly and helpful.

Usually pretty quick to respond to any problems and overall nice.

I just moved out of an apartment I rented from Hager for over 10 years. It was a very reasonably priced unit and I have to say, I really enjoyed the cheaper rent in comparison to other companies renting similar units. Now granted, do not be expecting a new, updated, or luxury apartment. It was a basic, standard apartment with no amenities. I was quite comfortable with the fact that I had a reasonably priced apartment with the basics, and Hager even provided my washer and dryer. Over the course of 10 years, I had to have them come out and replace basically every fixture/appliance in the apartment. They did so promptly and reliably. My only complaint (hence the 4 star review instead of 5 stars) was that I did request new carpet in the unit, as the carpet was old, dirty and stained when I moved in. They declined my request, which I was disappointed in. There was also a window in one bedroom which was rotten and it never got replaced either. But overall, I feel I got a good deal on a basic apartment and did not have any major trouble over my 10 year stay there. My deposit was nearly fully refunded upon move out.
