(August 21, 2021, 2:58 pm)Adriann was so helpful and courteous during my visit at this café. I was pleased with the wonderful service that was given to me. She made my latte perfectly with an extra shot of espresso and the perfect amount of caramel. She always greets me with a smile (even masked) and makes sure I leave with one too. That Panera warmth is always radiating when I see her wonderful face in the Brannon Crossing location!
