(February 4, 2020, 4:39 pm)This is the first mechanic I've trusted in 20 years. I appreciate they don't sugar coat problems and don't gouge you on part prices or unnecessary add-ons. If you need glossy, fake customer service, take your vehicle to a corporate shop; they don't mind lying and gouging you with a smile. I'd rather entrust my vehicle (and the lives of its occupants) to a mechanic with more years of experience than every mechanic at a corporate shop combined.
