After hearing back, I have more confidence in the store and will be paying a visit soon. Their concern was very much appreciated. Thanks again.
Made a trip over there for nothing. They did not have my make-up in stock and said it was on order. I needed it now. Owner/Mgr made no attempt to get to know me as a new customer....not a great first impression. I found my make-up at another MN store. Will not be going back.
(October 8, 2015, 7:06 pm)I love having a Merle Norman Cosmetic Studio so close to my home, and the day spa is an added bonus! The owner remembers me every time I come in, and that makes me feel so very welcome. Love it.
