Mollie is a fantastic realtor and resource! She helped us sell our starter home and purchase a family home in 2018 (purchase contingent on the sale of our original home which was super rare in the market at that time). On the sale side, she negotiated with tricky sellers (an estate can always be sensitive), but we ended up with a great price for us on a home we love in the highlands.
