(October 4, 2021, 6:38 am)Absolutely the best place to have a deer processed in the state of Kentucky. The burger is ground perfect, and packaged to last. Some of the best deer burger I have ever eaten! The summer sausage was excellent, and the deer Bologna is a MUST have for anyone who likes deer meat. The best bologna you can get! You can tell they take pride in their work!

(October 15, 2017, 11:35 pm)By far the best place to have a deer processed. They're helpful, fast and one of the best deals around! The only reason I hesitate to recommend them is that I don't want them to get too busy to do mine. The summer sausage is awesome! Plus they give you back your own meat...always made me nervous to get pooled ground meat.
