Bluegrass Total Weight Specialists are great. I tried losing weight on my own and never succeeded. Then I heard about the Bluegrass Total Weight Program from my boss and thought I would give it a try. I am sure glad I did. I'm already excited about the program and decided to try the 2 week jump program with protein products. So far I am very please.
