Staff very professional. Facility was hopping with activity. Very clean and they're processes were efficient. The team is actually moving into this new facility. This is going to be a big success story. Mark Jones the sight manager had this place humming very professionally. Props to Mark and his team. The facility is what e-commerce is supposed to look like.

Ran into some problems with delivery schedule. The problems were taken care of promptly and fairly, and my shipping charges were refunded while at the same time the shipping was expedited.
