    Very positive experience at this store, Rosa knows a lot about her job and is quite skilled at addressing and meeting my needs

    I've been here many times and the staff is friendly compared to other retail locations for Metro PCS. I may not like corporate but the stores have to work within the limits and so I can't punish them if they are not at fault.
