(May 15, 2023, 12:38 pm)I returned my equipment and the lady at front desk was very professional. One thing I didn’t like is when my headgear came apart and I requested another one,I was told that I would have to pay for it. I get monthly income so I had no other choice but to return my equipment.

I stopped in, picked them up; then asked for some assistance on another item. Mandy was wonderful. I prefer the personal interaction versus online ordering. Thank you for your time and attention.

Jessica and Katie were excellent, ensuring that the size of the new mask would be optimal and that my new insurance covered the cost and was also updated in my records. Unsure why the ratings are so low; this business and its employees have always been top-notch over the past few years that I have been coming here. Efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and customer service-oriented; what's not to love???
