Inn Glenwood, LLC d/b/a/ HOTEL ARTHUR

Wow --- what a find! The night before we had stayed in downtown Omaha at a national chain (Hilton) and we were not impressed. However, we were pleasantly surprised with the Hotel Arthur. Soundproof and clean rooms with professional staff manning the front desk. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place. The receptionist was so welcoming and treated us like family. The facilities were old but functional.

Don’t let the outside fool you, the place is renovated and very nice. The room is clean, comfortable, and quiet. I had a very nice 6 day stay, will definitely stay again! Staff very nice, lady from housekeeping very friendly and helpful. A little trouble with the WiFi but there was construction outside on the lines, didn’t seem to be their fault.

Don't be deceived by the outside. They renovated the lobby and rooms and they look good. The parking lot and exterior need to be next on the list for an upgrade. The rooms and beds are okay. They could use a couple of hooks in the bathroom so you can hang up your robe or cosmetic bag. They could also put a few hangers in closet. The place was quiet. Housekeeping was friendly and helpful. Overall we had a nice stay.
