(January 17, 2020, 4:39 pm)They estimated the installation of the new furnace and A/C at two days and finished up in a little less time than that. They explained how to operate the new systems clearly & cleaned the areas before they left. Craig, Bret & a 3rd gentleman (sorry, I missed his name) were very knowledgeable, efficient polite and answered any questions I had. We are very happy customers and will recommend J. L. Anderson to anyone who asks.

Tim answered questions, checked out different situations and was neat and tidy when he was done. Very pleasant and courteous. I will always want Tim to service my heating/cooling. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
(June 27, 2018, 11:19 am)I called them up for a small residential A/C repair and they were able to make it out about in just 4 hours. They not only replaced the part, but did a quick check of the rest of the system to make sure things were in working order. The technician was very knowledgeable and professional. The only drawback is it was quite pricey for a simple repair. I can definitely recommend them if you want quick service.
